Empowerment or Helplessness?
Failure – something which no one ever wants to experience or be associated with. Though failure can teach us excellent lessons, people always aspire to be successful at every step, in every endeavour of their lives.
Failure instills fear and anxiety in people. They tend to hide their rejections and seek complete isolation. But nowadays, we are observing a dramatic shift in this mindset. Due to the mounting expectations and increasing levels of stress, our youngest workforce, the youth, has devised a new way to channel their frustration by embracing their defeat and accepting their rejections.
Through social media platforms, blogs, and articles, the youth are reaching out to the masses, sharing their stories of near misses and fruitless attempts. By exposing their failures, they make an effort to overcome mental pressure and connect with a community of people facing similar challenges.

The number of economically and socially inactive youth has skyrocketed in the last decade. Due to rapidly developing technologies like artificial intelligence and diminishing entry-level opportunities, they feel that they wouldn’t be able to afford the necessities that their previous generations enjoyed.
In this scenario, the pivotal question is –
Is this an attempt to change an age-old view or a simple denial to accept the current situation?
The youth face a huge employment gap, economic exploitation, societal breakdown, and adverse political situations. But rather than getting desperate, they should learn to consider their setbacks as a stepping stone to their success.
Success speeds growth. But failure accelerates it.
Failure generates fearlessness and passion.
It’s not a fall, it’s redemption in the process…
They should try to outdo themselves, expanding their capabilities and experiences alike.
If the commemoration of failure stems from a vision of a bleak future, then the slogan “Long Live Failure” is not only about dashed dreams but also an indication of mass agitation against the system, shaped in the form of a quiet rebellion.…
