Yes, We Can Do Better. DON’T TRY TO BALANCE BURNOUTS? THE NEED OF THE HOUR IS TO CUT THE CLUTTER!

The Earth is what we all have in common and it’s our sole duty to protect it, to give it away to the coming generation as we have received. The irony is when we think about these intentions, the thoughts spikes anxiety.

Do you feel tired all the time, feeling complete exhaustion that doesn’t dissipate with time off’s or a work-free weekend? If yes, let me tell you that you are suffering from burnout. You might have tried many ways to get out of it and are still unable to skip what it is building – frustration?

“Eco-Anxiety”, is increasing but is still not a buzzword. It’s a chronic fear of environmental cataclysm. Sure we don’t wish to give next-gen this worry some future we are already living. Isn’t we have already given much to worry about to the gen-next and yes we can prevent Climate Crises from becoming a cause of Mental Health crises.

The report on climate crises mentions our planet Earth is on red alert urging us to set the priorities right, defining the choices that propose sustainable life and opting for the things that bring peace. For centuries humanity has thrived for all in all what we call a happy life only to confuse it with comfort, progress growth & development.

The quest for comfort is the cause of consumerisation that set to chase a zeal to earn more money. Yes, the comfort that is causing a rise is the mental health crisis and is impacting our well-being. The cost that humanity is paying against comfort is peace. Indulgence in materialism is taking the world by storm people thrive to earn more only to spend more all to live a life they don’t even wish for.

Climate crises, social life disconnect, financial fallout, psychological problems and increasing physical health problems manifest humanity is facing catastrophic of the century everything is causing & creating chaos and clutter.

When we confuse peace with comfort and happiness with the luxury we end up collecting items in the name of treasure. Peace is a mindset that is independent of your environment and is dependent on your thinking & emotions. The time is now to cut the unnecessary to get the essential. Moving forward on track of growth and development with the right mindset helps to build a life, relationships and wealth that don’t come at cost of your mental and physical health.

In the morning as you wake up so is the rush of life to chase routine, hustles, lunch box, cabs/taxi bookings. Pushing all dreams in the closet that were cooked over the weekend only to be energised when having respectable financial redemptions?

It’s just 8 am and already hot weather dissipating the freshness of the cold shower. Sweaty armpit demanding more deodorant, 24*7 cooling electricity bill trampling the challenge to reduce the carbon footprints. A normal interruption to your thought train, a stranger peek in seeking direction to the city lane and suddenly you lose all the cool, even the trivial issue steal you peace infusing self-doubts is Empathy and compassion with self and with others are becoming a volatile reality.

What’s the way out? Think deep, reasons, how to prevent things from falling? Instead, you fall into the trap of coping mechanisms and indulge in more consumption subconsciously. More substances materialism management of things and belongings in weird ways in search of comfort confusing it with peace.

Research reveals a person’s health is correlated to their Physical, Psychological, Financial & Social Environment. These varied attributes have one common goal that is giving a sense of satisfaction. Your level of satisfaction defines your quality of life.

Anything that set you to compromise your dreams passion positivity or enthusiasm stealing your peace of mind or causing anxiety, killing your thinking, activeness, curiosity, your well-being, social environment and happiness is too costly to carry on with.

Surprising is to know all the above factors are the outcome of our reckless living that is also causing climate crises. Humans are social animals our completeness and meaning of our being we source from our surroundings. How we react and respond to the stimuli impacts our disposition. Research of recent times reveals a clear relationship between increased temperatures and mental health crises which is causing an increase in the number of suicides.

The research places evidence of severe stress following extreme weather. The climate crisis threatens to disrupt the provision of care. Climate change exacerbates mental distress, particularly among young people, even for individuals who are not directly affected.

The time is now to prevent not just the climate but the younger generation from mental health problems. Eco anxiety is increasing it s a chronic fear of environmental cataclysm that comes from observing the seemingly irrevocable impact of climate change and the associated concern for one’s future and that of next generations.

We can’t change things without meaningful interventions. An increase in the gap in health and social equality is worsening the mental health of people consumerisation is much more responsible for directly affecting the climate crises.

To mitigate the crisis the only way out is to make conscientious choices. Anything from creating jobs to driving economic growth development and managing the supply chain to minimising disruptions all in all must lead to one goal, that is protecting the planet.

One can’t deny now that climate change is an economic issue now because it’s always been seen as an environmental, health or social issue this become a bluff. When you don’t want to fix the problems by eliminating the root cause. The paucity becomes an opportunity for thriving consumerization.

The climate report suggests it’s not enough simply to “green” consumption by buying more sustainably produced goods—it is essential to reduce consumption. Data reveals that 45% of global greenhouse gas emissions come solely from the production of the things we use and buy every day.

A dangerous trend rising escalating consumerisation is now in health care, namely Healthcare Consumerization?

What is Healthcare Consumerization? Healthcare consumerization or Healthcare consumerism is a movement where patients take complete control of their healthcare decisions. It is an event which marks the shift from the ‘doctor says and the patient does’ model to a ‘partnership’ model.

The point to ponder is, IS the public ready, are they informed to make the right decision when data on self-medication suggest it is dangerous & significant to raise concern on such issues for health authorities at the global level.

Stumbled upon an advert promoting “Delta 8 flower”, and it’s highly disappointing that the product isn’t a flower gallery but a minor cannabinoid found in cannabis, and its flower cloud of smoke. It offers a relaxing experience, relieves pain, gives a smooth smoking experience, and is legal in many countries, thus avoiding any legal troubles. Really?

The challenge is to cut all the clutter that is an impetus for rising mental health crises that offer a delusional world for some figment of time. To deal with your mental health issues are going to stay, what you can do is have a mug shot to escape reality in the garden with cannabis shots? No wonder it’s a daunting task to keep at bay such adverts from people who can be misled?

Climate Crises is beyond rising temperature & reducing Carbon footprints. Dr APJ Kalam escalated the issue of conservation of water and soil long ago. He projected, that in the future there will be lesser land & lesser water which will have to produce more food for more population while protecting forests.

Point is to bring barricade to the soaring scale of consumption before they push us to blow out our health and mind load us with insufficiency of produce first and late the insufficiency of the fund. Let us cut the clutter and return to our roots before the failing economy pushes people to choose the ways another way round as happened in Srilanka where people were pushed to choose the organic way of living. Hand-made soaps, home grow vegetables & people using bicycles more. Comfort kills nature & environment. The role of climate change on economies is one thing but, for now, most models merely assess the cost of climate-related disasters, not their underlying effect on inflation.

As temperatures heat up and severe storms swell, some more visibly damaging effects of the climate crisis take their toll on our everyday cost of living. From groceries to gas, insurance to bills everything is adding up to the heat, causing mental health crises. If you are unaffected, soon you shall be so the time is now to act. Individual efforts matter.

Food prices, health care expenses, energy bills, vegetables bills perhaps everything is causing you to grind, impacting your mental health for worse and so your quality of life.

Much of inflation is due to imbalances in supply and demand which too, is having a climate component, says David Super, professor of law and economics at Georgetown University. He argues that climate change is largely ignored as an inflationary driver, in part because it is manifesting as a global problem in overt and covert ways that makes the direct inflationary impact hard to assess.

Climate change and mental health are two of the most significant and pressing challenges facing societies across the world. Yet, growing awareness of these global issues has not been met with sufficient action to mitigate their impacts.

Mental illness or the disabling effects of distress already affects around a billion people globally let Learn more and be aware to find the right clutter to clear. Improving, mental health and emotional wellbeing are associated with taking actions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and adapt to a warming climate.

Establishing healthcare systems, community groups, academics, & emergency services to catalyse knowledge sharing, target research efficiently, and identify can scale up successful interventions.

Much significant and necessary is to comprehend climate change and solutions to mitigate it at all levels, manoeuvre in policy-making and movement creations for formulation giving priority to sustainability.

Prioritising climate change mitigation and adaptation actions that have co-benefits for mental health and reducing social inequalities. Sustainable development and sustainability have fostered over research for many decades.

Likewise, positive psychology and well-being studies stimulate interdisciplinary research with implications for policy and practice. A sustainable life is an outcome of quality living that happens when people evoke their inner zeal committing to live day in and day out surrendering to not just a sustainable life but also consuming less making the right choices cutting the clutter out that creates a preventive environment raising protection against pollution.

Living an aware life raises the quality of life and so bringings sustainability and wellbeing together that holds significant possibilities for individual, community, and global well-being.
